This watch does exactly what most people need, and is incredibly easy to use.br /br /There are only a couple of things that keep me from giving it 5 stars, and that has more to do with me not thinking through everything I want:br /br /1. A backlight would have been handy.br /br /2. Minimum heart rate (in addition to max and average) is nice for resting heart rate measurements. (However, if you wait long enough, the average will approach the min.)br /br /3. Ability to store more than one session. I frequently do multiple cardio sessions while at the gym. It would be have a log of all of the cardio sessions I did that day.br /br /Overall, though, I'm very happy with it. It gets the job done.

Simple and usefull - Peter A. Mansky -
br /This is a very good watch. I use it for swimming. I like the peak heart rate as well as average. The numbers are easy to see. I have used polar for years and this is the best for me. I also like that it has your last day of exercise and the stats of time, ave and peak heart rate. An excellent buy for the money.br /br /As an aside I had this for 6 months and then lost the watch. I ordered an FS2C. Will review that later.br /br /Peterama
