I compared readings with hospital equipment and found this PulseOx to be quite accurate. It comes with a carry case that has a lanyard and belt loop. It has a second lanyard to attach to the PulseOx. It comes with a silicone cover that helps protect if it is dropped. I recommend this PulseOx to caregivers or anyone who needs to monitor oxygen saturation. It has an audible signal for heart rate but does not alarm when oxygen saturation drops.
